Returns
All returns and warranties must be approved by Whitey's Wrecking. All core(s) become the property of Whitey's Wrecking Inc. at the time of sale. There are no guarantees, in the event of a return or warranty, that original core(s) will be returned.

Whitey's Wrecking accepts no returns on:
- Any wiring sold.
- Any cut off parts.
- Special order parts.
- Yard service fees.
- Freight changes.
- Any parts without our markings still intact.
- Any disassembled or over heated parts.
- Damage caused by neglected fluid levels.
All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Warranties on special order parts are covered solely by the supplier.
Undrained cores are subject to a minimum $20.00 fee.
Incomplete or broken cores may be accepted for a partial core credit at Whitey's discretion.
Engine warranties do not include-wiring, carburetors, intake or exhaust manifolds, water pumps, timing belts, timing chains, gaskets, seals or turbo assembley.
Whitey's Wrecking will accept no claims for-towing, labor, or any other expenses incurred in the use of any parts.
Cash refunds will be paid by check, or credited back to a credit card.
Purchaser agrees to pay all attorney fees and costs in connection with collecting of this account.
